Estrelas do Fogo - Traditional music from the island of Fogo (Cabo Verde)

Estrelas do Fogo is a german-capeverdian music project which is touring germany and austria in the month of july 2009. We bring the music of the Festas da Bandeira on stage. The line up is:

Maria Lopes: Coladera (Vocals)

Valdomiro never recorded his music. The reason is very simple: there is no recording studio on Fogo. But one of his students, Talulu, recorded an album with traditional music from Fogo in the United States. This is the link to some soundsamples:
